Electrostatic sensor

1 System Introduction

Electrostatic detectors can detect the static field and rate of change of static electricity, and can be applied in the fields of lightning warning, monitoring of static sensitive areas, and safety protection for high-voltage operations. The electrostatic detector has a dual channel electrostatic measurement function, which detects, transmits, and records the intensity and rate of change of the electrostatic field through two different measurement principles. It also has GPS time scale and temperature, humidity, and pressure data recording functions. When the electric field intensity exceeds the preset value, the device outputs a trigger signal, which can trigger an alarm or action actuator for prompt or protection. The electrostatic triggering device can receive data from the electrostatic detector and perform synchronous triggering and data display functions.

 

2 Application Scenario

1. Lightning warning

Petrochemical enterprises, gas stations, golf courses, tourist attraction and coastal workplaces need to operate normally in rainy days, but there is a risk of lightning strikes. Therefore, early warning should be given when the risk of lightning strikes reaches a certain level. The early warning should be in the order of a few minutes to dozens of minutes, so that personnel can suspend work or outdoor activities to avoid lightning strikes.

2. Monitoring of electrostatic sensitive areas

In fields sensitive to static electricity such as petrochemical enterprises and precision production, real-time static electricity measurement is achieved through this equipment. When the static electricity field strength reaches a certain height, an alarm is given to enable relevant personnel to carry out static electricity elimination work as soon as possible.

3. High voltage operation protection

During power and railway construction, this equipment can be used to alarm personnel and working machinery approaching high-voltage transmission lines, to prevent safety accidents such as electric shock to personnel or damage to high-voltage transmission lines by working machinery.
